Assessment of Water Stress in Rice Fields Incorporating Environmental Parameters

Rice is considered as a major crop due to its demand globally. Pakistan famous throughout the world produce export quality rice which have healthy contribution in boosting regional economy. plant require plenty of water for proper growth and development therefore, conservation significant maintain reserves sustainable future. The main objective this study was identify day-to-day availability fields from Germination Ripening (GTR) using Carnegie Ames Stanford Approach (CASA) model. CASA model incorporates real-time parameter e.g., temperature, pressure, extraterrestrial radiations, Leaf Area Index (LAI), vapor pressure sunshine hours compute net-shortwave radiations (Rns), net-longwave (Rnl), net-radiations (Rn), actual incoming (Rso), sensible heat flux (H), ground (Go) finally stress (W). averaged values Rn, Rso, Rns, Rnl H were computed 206, 319, 178, 34 124 (wm-2) respectively GTR. Total expected 1584h but we could receive only 874 h during GTR “off on” cloud activity. LAI Go observed inverse relation each other.
